Use Concrete In Your Message

Here is the tip for today…use concrete examples when you have to give an explanation of an abstract concept. Why?

According to their brilliant book, Made To Stick, authors Chip & Dan Heath tell us that “Speaking concretely is the only way to ensure that our idea will mean the same thing to everyone in our audience.”

To illustrate this I am going to give you two examples using Social Media Traction as the subject of what needs to be explained.
