The Federal government cannot override a states power of self determination and force a national health care plan onto it and/or the individuals of our state. We refuse to recognize Unconstitutional national health care law. We will not be forced by the federal government to buy a good or service from a company. We are not a slave to the government or to any other American. We will not be strong-armed by the Federal Government.

Therefore we (the undersigned) demand that you (our state legislators) take these actions immediately:

* Protect us from over reaching and unconstitutional Federal legislation and that you vote for State Nullification of the National Health Care Law.
